Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Mz Express.  

If you received a defective or damaged item: You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. When requesting refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its tracking number as soon as possible. If you believe your item is damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your replacement or refund.

Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person. If you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can refuse to sign it. MZ Express will ship you a new item immediately.


If you received the item with wrong color from Mz Express we would like to take the responsibility to issue you a full refund. If a refund is required, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item. Then we will refund to you within 24 hours after the issue is confirmed. Perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.

We accept return within 14 days from purchased date if you don’t like the item we DO NOT pay for return postage fees.

personalised items return policy;

Personalised & Photo Products – We are very sorry but we cannot refund any items that have been personalised or use your photo or design within the order.

If we have made a mistake when creating your item, we will send a replacement out as soon as we can after you have notified us of our mistake, so long as that mistake has been notified to us within 7 days of your order.

If you have made an error when typing your personalisation on the order, we cannot usually correct the error due to the manufacture and printing methods we use and therefore we ask that you place a new order to replace these items.
